Important Insurance Criteria for all drivers

1. Persons over 25 years wishing to use our insurance cover must have held a full licence for in excess of 12 months.
2. Persons between 21-24 years wishing to use our insurance cover must have held a full licence for in excess of 24 months.
3. Insurance cover is not available to persons under 21 years.

Insurance Excess

1. Drivers between the age of 25 - 70 yrs wishing to use our insurance cover are subject to an insurance excess of:
          £600.00 on cars and 7 seater vehicles
          £800.00 on commercials, 9 seater vehicles and minibuses
We operate a collision damage waiver which will half the above excesses for a small additional daily charge.

2. Drivers under the age of 25 yrs wishing to use our insurance cover are subject to an insurance excess of:
          £800.00 on cars and 7 seater vehicles
          £1000.00 on commercial vehicles
Please note we are unable to reduce the excess where any registered driver is under 25 yrs of age.

Important declaration for all drivers

If any of the following apply please declare all relevant information in the Special Notice box found during the booking procedure:

1. Any accidents or insurance claims within the last 36 calendar months.
2. Any physical or mental defect or infirmity, diabetes, fits or any heart complaint.
3. Any motoring offence in the last five years, licence suspension during the last 10 years, or prosecution pending.
4. Any insurance proposals declined, policies cancelled or renewals refused, or any increased premiums or special conditions imposed by
    any motor insurer.

Driving licence (both parts if photo card style)

Two other forms of additional identification which may be taken from the list below:

At least one of the additional methods of identification should state the hirers name and current address.
Both the Licence and any additional identification must be originals - sorry but photocopies are not acceptable.
