Hire cost

From £110 per night including Vat and Insurance (1st Oct- 31st Mar)

From £129 per night including Vat and Insurance (1st April – 30th Sept)

Festival Hire Prices on Application


Minimum Hire Period

3 nights Low Season (1st Oct- 31st Mar)

4 nights High Season (1st April – 30th Sept)


Age range

30-75 years and have held a Full UK licence for a minimum of 2 years

Additional Driver

£10.00 per day

Booking payments

50% upon booking & balance 6 weeks before hire.

Payments must be made by credit or debit card, please refer to our terms and conditions with reference to our cancellation policy.

Security Deposit

£500.00 (refunded once valeted and inspected – usually within 48 hours). Security Deposit must be paid by credit or debit card with cardholder present at time of collection.

Insurance Excess

£1000.00 (however, the hirer accepts full liability for any overhead damage to the vehicle and any property).

Parking

F.O.C at our premises, one vehicle per hire (any vehicle left, remains the owner’s responsibility)

Mileage allowance

200 miles per day, with excess mileage chargeable at 18p per mile including vat

Hand over time

Approximately 30-45 mins

European use

We can tailor a quote to include continental breakdown, insurance, green card and VE103 form.

Sorry but we are NOT able to offer pet friendly vehicles
